add doc to the help of workspace switcher applet

how to change to another virtual desktop (workspace switcher) using the keyboard? the manual (for v2.6) tells only to press the wanted desktop using the mouse :( This should be added to the help associated the "workspace switcher applet manual"

Pushed control, ALT and the right or left button at the same time.
