I cannot uses multiple desktops GL is messed up

I have no Idea what I did. I just messed around with some the visual effects and desktops and now I can only us one desktop

I am having a bug. When I try switching between desktops, I can't. Compiz is a little screwy too. Everything use to work just fine until a day ago and now I can't run with GL Desktop on
