Asked by sammy

Was trying to delete some short cuts to folders in my 'PLACES' button on one of the bottom panels on my desktop and accidentally deleted all the application buttons (applications, places, system). Need to know how to reinstate them please

Right click the panel and choose add to panel. Look for "menu bar" and add it.

I was trying to search for other available wireless networks and hit the remove from panel button by mistake. I can not find the connection monitoring button when I right click the add to panel up on the top of the screen.
