Can't find diminished folders

Asked by Tim Leach

I have recently upgraded to the new ubuntu but I am now experiencing a little problem. Be it a web page or a word file, or anything, when I press the - (inbetween the x and the square thing) sign to diminish it, it flies to the bottom left of the screen and I can no longer find it again. I know it must be somewhere because when I tried to turn my computer off it asked me if I wanted to save the page I was typing. Where is it though?

Was that any good? I'm sorry for being so dim witted about it all. If I was to press the "-" button to diminish this page, on windows it would just become a small bar at the bottom of the page which I only need to click on to get back to. If I do it now, though, this page would just vanish. PLease can you help me and tell me where it goes? Thank you so much for your help.

Its the default behaviour, someone posts ANYTHING on launchpad and all subscribers get emailed. I suggest you setup a filter on your emails.

Can you help with this problem?
