switch to single click activation of folders and icons

I wish to switch from double click to single click in the activation of folders and icons when I operate on the gnome panels. I could not find it in the system/preferences menu. I am sure it is somewhere! Can you point at it! Thanks

You can open a folder, and go to Edit->Preferences, on the Behavior tab there is the OneClick behavior.
