Ubuntu 10.10 - Top panel deleted by mistake

Dear friends,
I'm a newbie using Ubuntu 10.10 on my notebook. I deleted my top panel my mistake. Please tell me how to get it back.
Although, I created a new panel, but it doesn’t work like the default one.
