Missing App. windows when minimized. :(

I recently had to re-install Linux-Ubuntu 10.05.

Will upgrade ASAP but whenever I minimize the windows they just disappear -- POOF ! :(

Right click a panel -> add item and add "Window list"

The apps are running, you just don't have the panel addon to show them.
