New to ubuntu.. How do i play maplestory and Minecraft?

So i just recently built a Desktop for my first time and got ubuntu onto my desktop as a OS and i am unfamiliar with it and i don't know how to work it and like my topic says the first things i would like to know how to do is play minecraft and i know that maplestory is a windows game and so is there a way that you can play it even though i currently am running ubuntu? (Sorry i don't like to punctuate much :) and sorry if these look like noob questions im just so lost its something i haven't ever used before)
