How to add e-mail icon to panel

Accidentally removed the Evolution and Chat item from my panel. Can't seem to find a way to add it back. Anyone know how to add the same item back?

Please right click on top panel and then click " + Add to panel" add the "indicator applet complete"

I only have "Indicator Applet" and "Indicator Applet Session." There is no "Indicator Applet Complete." I am running 10.10.

My sound applet (volume, etc.) is also missing.

Please first enable the universe repository:

Open System → Administration → update manager→ Settings button → [ Tab Ubuntu software ]
enable "Community Maintained open source software (universe)"
Close and confirm the repository reload.

Then install from Ubuntu Software center the indicator-applet-complete package then add it to your toolbar
