Lost Toolbar commands

I have lost the main commands from my toolbar i.e. Applications, Places and System. I have tried everything I can. but without those commands there is nothing I can do. Any help or advice on how to retrieve them, and I'll love you forever!!

 I should say that all that remains on my toolbar is the blue 'help' question mark, and the Firefox orange and blue globe icon.

Pleeaase help. Bullybabe

Right click the bar, then "add applets" I think. The menu should be in the list, even if its name is not the best possible one.
