I'm having problems w/ my printer saying there is no connection after I updated this afternoon office 5700

I have a laptop Acer 512 and after I updated this afternoon it wouldn't accept the connection to my printer.

I've tried restarting both the printer and the laptop to avail neither have worked.

What version of Ubuntu are you using and what kind of printer do you have?

Go to System<System Monitor and click on System tab it will tell you what version you have then we can proceed to try to fix your problem.
