I try to make third panel on my left ubuntu desktop.

My setting
Orientation : Left
Expand : Not tick
Autohide : Ticked
Show hide buttons : Thicked
> Arrow on Hide buttons : Thicked

When it hidden. It not appear when i hover my mouse to that panel.

i have run : gconftool --recursive-unset /apps/panel && killall gnome-panel

not working, it just reset panel. I can still see a small panel button on my left screen. its not appear when i hover my mouse to that panel. How to delete that panel or make it default w/o autohide? Or its a bug?

Thank you.

Hi :)

I just tried it in my 10.04 and it seemed to work fine. Can you try creating a new panel there and just untick the "autohide" feature so that you have to use the buttons? I think that might be a good work-around?

Good luck and regards from
Tom :)

Hi, thank Tom for answer my question. I just trying ubuntu panel. I dont know if i untick expand it could be like that. I cant do anything after the panel hidden. But i got solution for this, Create new panel (4th panel) set it to left. make it double panel there. And third panel will appear, i can resetting and delete that panel.

Thanks.
