ubuntu problem

Hello friends,
I am facing a problem in Ubuntu, I have recently changed my ISP sify to mtnl now all pcs on the network except pc with ubuntu are accessing internet…… The PC with ubuntu shows itself connected to network, ping to yahoo & google but unable to open that webpage in firefox………..some time it opens google’s home page but doesn’t move forward to home page……I have checked out all basic setting . Its on wireless network & dual boot with Windows XP, the internet is working very well in Windows XP.
Please help me as I am new in linux & looking for great support.

I experienced the same kind of problem with no solution so far.
Just try one thing and see what happens :
1. shutdown the system.
2. keep it like this for at least one hour.
3. Start and directly go to Ubuntu(dont go to XP)
4. see if network works.

Just try an restart of the computer it mus work, if not try to install opera

Try sudo dhclient.
