Its a terminal command. You can run the terminal using:

Press ALT+F2
type: gnome-terminal
Press enter
paste the command into the terminal
Press enter
copy the output
paste here as an update.

sudo lshw -C network; lspci; lsusb
output:
sudo: Ishw-C: command not found
bash: Ispci: command not found
bash: Isusb: command not found

Apparently this isn't normal. What shall i do next?

You didnt type the commands correctly, you can also copy and paste to the terminal which is why i gave the EXACT command

i never told you to run:
sudo lshw-C network

I told you to run:

sudo lshw -C network

there is a difference. You need to run the exact commands, all the line-like characters are l's (pronounced 'ell')

Say these out loud, you will get the idea:

ell ess you ess bee
ell ess pee see eye
ell ess aych double-you
