Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs#When%20not%20to%20file%20a%20bug.

I don't know if this is only my experience, or just a problem, but since one upgrade about month ago it just dissapear along with USB mounting. USB mounting has been resolved some time ago. This problem remains.

There's a little misunderstanding here. The title has changed becouse I guess somebody thought that I have 2 ethernet cards. Thant's not true. My eth0 dissapear and I had to have an internet so I decided to plug in my usb modem huawei to have internet. This doesn't helped neither changed enything. The issue is the same with and without the huawei modem. My bad for posting command ifconfig -a with the modem, so I present here without the modem:

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1

          TX packets:143 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:8872 (8.8 KB) TX bytes:8872 (8.8 KB)

ra0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:1d:92:ca:e0:bd
          inet6 addr: fe80::21d:92ff:feca:e0bd/64 Scope:Link
          UP BROADCAST MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)
          Interrupt:17

And someone please change the topic back to the way it was before.
Thanks, and sorry if I didn't clarify enough.
