How to install D-Link WUA-2340 USB Wireless Adapter Driver on Ubuntu

I installed dlink-wua2340 wireless adapter to computer and it works properly, but each time I start the computer, it doesn't detect the adapter and shows no network connection. Only after running 'sudo depmod -a' 'sudo modprobe ndiswrapper' and 'sudo ndiswrapper -m' (3 commands in terminal) it starts and works. It is great help if anybody can help me to start that adapter automatically with start of computer without running those commands each and very time. Thanks!

Make sure step 8 and step 9 are followed in the following procedure in order to get the ndiswrapper module loaded during startup of Ubuntu:
