Is there a new firmware for the system?

mmm I dont think so, I just isntalled Ubuntu Unity 23.10 and difference from older versions of Ubuntu Unity it can work with this wireless hardware, before this ubuntu this driver is not included.

from now, Im using an adapter (USB adapter) and this adapter is working OK, I think my issue is in the wireless hardware, is not?

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Juan Alfredo Delgado Martinez for more information if necessary.
