I hope that is what you needed?

I have no USB 3 conections the ports are there but when I put a device in them it doesn't show up as a Drive or a wifi adapter

I can not upgrade my NVIDIA drivers either Can you help with that too

Thanks

Who has asked for what, and on which occasion?

I assume you have got a problem and ask for help, but without stating what the issue is, all output is useless.

Is this meant to be a response to https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/695238 ?
Then your output is incomplete and lacks all important parts.

Please look at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure
In step 2 there is a very long command (more than 10 lines) on gray background.
You have to copy and paste this command and paste the output from that command into this question document.

lsmod is only the last word of that command.

# This is a dynamic resolv.conf file for connecting local clients to the
# internal DNS stub resolver of systemd-resolved. This file lists all
# configured search domains.
#
# Run "resolvectl status" to see details about the uplink DNS servers
# currently in use.
#
# Third party programs must not access this file directly, but only through
the
# symlink at /etc/resolv.conf. To manage man:resolv.conf(5) in a different
way,
# replace this symlink by a static file or a different symlink.
#
# See man:systemd-resolved.service(8) for details about the supported modes
of

1. "0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 54 not upgraded."
You should install all available package updates with update-manager or by running the related commands in a terminal window.

2. For the Netgear device:
Try following https://gist.github.com/nickavem/3b8178ecd19eddadb85e6b8649e8a490
