Another alternative is to

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:canonical-hwe-team/backport-iwlwifi
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt install backport-iwlwifi-dkms

Thanks. It was solved updating the kernel. Who knows if that will bring further problems in the future. I am not very knowlogeable in Linux.
