Is this the output as requested in https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/681442 ?
Don't split the information into two different question documents.

In any case, it seems to be incomplete.
Please repeat running the command

sudo lshw -C network

and provide the full output that you receive.

I assume that it is a Realtek rtl8812au that needs a manual download of the driver.

git clone https://github.com/abperiasamy/rtl8812AU_8821AU_linux.git
cd rtl8812AU_8821AU_linux
sudo make -f Makefile.dkms install

Eventually it is also necessary to disable secure-boot.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Gaming Turtle for more information if necessary.
