acer phy0 wifi lan hard blocked (and fn+F3 doesn't work)

WiFi was working well on Ubuntu and Windows in my acer notebook. Pressing fn+F3 would switch Wifi between on and off. But when I updated to Ubuntu 17.10, wifi stopped working only in Ubuntu, and now fn+f3 in Ubuntu switches between "Airplane mode enabled" and "Airplane mode disabled".

This command "rfkill list all" returns:
