If you reset your BIOS is it OK?
Do you dual boot the system with any other OS?

Thanks

Your Terminal output shows this:

H/W path Device Class Description
=======================================================
system 3133B3U (To be filled by O.E.M.)

A little research shows this:

https://m.ncix.com/products/specifications/73324

The default configuration for the ThinkCentre M71e 3133B3U hardware does not have any wireless adapter.

Are you sure that there is a wireless adapter installed in your ThinkCentre M71e 3133B3U Desktop Computer?

Your Terminal output does not show proof that there actually is one installed...

I have not reset my BIOS. I have never changed BIOS except to boot from a
CD.
Yes, the system is dual boot with Linux 17.04 Rebecca. But the wireless
connection had the same problem as now.
I do not know if this system had hardware for wireless connection. Can I
install wireless drivers? if so, which one would you recommend?

Thanks a lot for all your help. Much appreciated.

Then I guess you need to physically open up the PC and verify if there really is a wireless adapter in there.

I doubt there is. There is no point installing wireless drivers for a PC that does not have a wireless adapter installed....

Anyway, wireless USB adapters are dirt cheap (10 dollars or so) . I suggest buying a wireless USB adapter to sort it out.

The following URL shows the list of supported PCI and USB wireless adapters for Linux:

Setting thread to answered, because I think there are no further questions at the moment.....

Can you help with this problem?
