how to map a networked storage drive

ubuntu 8.06 64 bit PC hoe does oner map to an ethernet hard drive????

That would depend on how the "ethernet hard drive" is shared on the network... my guess is, it is shared the same way a windows drive is shared (most consumer devices do this). The procedure then, is the same as 'mounting a shared windows drive'.
