Have you tried the FN keyboard combo to see if wifi enables? Is there a switch or button other than the FN combo to enable wireless?

Does the system have a make and model?

i buyed wifi adapter but my one doesnt work Qualcomm Atheros AR9287 Wireless Network Adapter I am on ubuntu 16.04.01 may be its a kernel bug. FN keyboard combo dont work Anybody got an idea ?
