ubuntu no esta en boot de win10

hola,

tengo problema para entrar a Ubuntu que ya instale en mi notebook.

- use un usb para iniciar Ubuntu y despues lo instale en el disco duro
- al reiniciar aparecia una lista de optiones de arranque: Ubuntu, WIN10, safe, etc.
- despues no se que movi tratando de arreglar la Wifi y ahora cuando reinicio la notebook entra directamente a win10, ya no aparece la lista de opciones que incluia Ubuntu.

como hago para que otra vez aparezca la lista de opciones al arranque?
