Answer documents and bug reports on Launchpad have separate numbering.
It can only be pure coincidence, if a question and a bug report with the same numbers cover similar topics.
It is nonsense to link this question to the bug with the same number, because Bug #294151 covers a sorting problem in transmission, that has been resolved seven years ago.
I recommend that you remove that link again. You might replace it by a link to the bug report that you created - Bug #1585321

You did not answer my question, how you have installed that program. This might give an indication how to uninstall it again.

If you are talking about the uMatrix add-on for Firefox - It should be possible to remove it as described in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons#w_how-to-remove-extensions-and-themes
