hp2000 ath9k ar9485 wireless network adapter detects network but does not accept password ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Asked by Alex

After HD died I install 16.04 along new Windows 7 on new HD. 16.04 sees my network but does not accept the password.
sudo modprobe ath9k does not work.
adding nohwcrypt option in /etc/modprobe does not work either.
Below are the outputs:

It wants to act as a router. Have you tried to set this up as a wireless access point by any chance?
