Hello,

please make sure the WiFi device is not Off from a hardware switch.

    Hard blocked: yes

Above message means that the WiFi is switched off. Try a key combination like Fn + some Function Key (F1, F2..) and see if this wakes the WiFi.

You can always check for "Hard block" state with the following command

    sudo rfkill list all

Also, if above does not work, make sure you have an Internet connection (you can connect temporarily via Ethernet) and execute the following command to re-install the firmware.

    sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-firmware

Reboot your system and see if it worked.

Regards
NickTh

P.S. Don't forget to mark the answer as [SOLVED], when done.
