ubuntu-bug refuses linux-image-3.19.0-22-generic

I have on Wily the same wifi problem on Ralink corp. RT3290 Bluetooth as from bug #1049466
so I'm trying to open a new bug as suggested by:

... but ubuntu-bug refuses: giving the command:

corrado@corrado-wily:~$ ubuntu-bug linux-image-3.19.0-22-generic

... I have a window with the message:

The problem cannot be reported:
This is not an official Ubuntu package. Please remove any third party package and try again.

corrado@corrado-wily:~$ uname -a
Linux corrado-wily 3.19.0-22-generic #22-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 16 17:15:15 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

where is my error?

The root cause for receiving the error message with ubuntu-bug is the fact that an up-to-date Ubuntu wily installation should not have the 3.19.0-22 kernel, but version 4.0.0-4.
