I'm using an Netgear WNDR3700 that function well with all my other devices,
my computer is a custom build, Intel Core 2 duo 6700 with 4 GB ram and 250 Gig sata hard-drive, GeForce 7950x2 PCIe graphics...

My problem i basically that my computer continuously loses it's connection with the router and sometimes when I'm trying to connection the password manager pops up promoting me to enter the already entered password.
When it does I only click ok until connection is complete, however, the connection is never any stable and Ubuntu tells me the strength of the connection is really bad as well, even do the router is just a couple of meters away from me...
Any help would be much appreciated :)

Reboot to test
Your Terminal output shows the following issue:
I suggest
1) logging into the homepage of your wireless router using a wirED Internet connection and changing the wireless transmission channel to channel 8 (in order to avoid interference from the other wireless access point)
2) logging into the homepage of your wireless router using a wirED Internet connection and forcing the router to use Wireless-G (54Mbps) transmission speeds in order to stabilize the wireless Internet connection
After applying both fixes, reboot the router and the PC and then retest wireless.
If there are still problems, I suggest trying different encryption methods on the router and the PC (WPA2,WP2,WEP, etc....)
