I did now:

sudo apt-get install firmware-b43-installer

I reboot again.

That worked. Thanks!
Now, what happened?
I recently upgraded from 12.03 to 14.04.
I accepted yesterday some updates/upgrades.
One of them removed my working driver, that's it?
And did not reinstall it because it is proprietary?

Your Terminal output showed this error:

[ 20.592836] b43-phy0 ERROR: Firmware file "b43/ucode5.fw" not found

You can find out which package to install in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS to get the file ucode5.fw installed by searching for ucode5.fw at packages.ubuntu.com

http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=trusty&arch=any&mode=exactfilename&searchon=contents&keywords=ucode5.fw

That search webpage shows you need to install the Ubuntu package linux-firmware-nonfree (or firmware-b43-installer)
