Wireless issue on thinkpad L540

Hello,
my wireless doesn't work on a new Thinkpad L540 with Ubuntu 12.04LTS and 13.10 (both distro installed and updated). The device works fine under windows.

I followed the indications of the wireless troubleshooting procedure ( https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure ) under Ubuntu 12.04LTS LIVE distro. Please finthe the output below...
