Looks like you have two conflicting wireless drivers. The wl driver (Broadcom) looks like the unwanted one. Did you install any additional drivers? If so, uninstall them. reboot and look at the output of lsmod, and see if wl is still present. If it is, blacklist it, and reboot.
  sudo echo "blacklist wl" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
