Unable to mount bsnl 3g

I USE UBUNTU 12.04 IN SAMSUNG LAP. I GET A MESSAGE "UNABLE TO MOUNT BSNL 3G LW272" WHEN I INSERT IT INTO USB PORT. ANY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM ? PLS HELP ME. sorry for the caps . i am a beginner here. sorry sorry for the caps. no LSB modules are available.
