configuration of usb modem MTS Mblaze in ubuntu

I have installed ubuntu in my computer, I am using MTS Mblaze usb data card for internet, usb modem icon itself not appearing in my computer, give me details how to configure this in my computer and browse internet.

You need to create a new mobile broadband connection from network manager .
