Ubuntu 12.4 wireless problem

I beleave I have the drivers instaled but I don't have an "Enabled wireless network" in the upper menu.

Been looking and reading for seven hours now. Will 12.4 work with this wireless device??

If yes how??

What wireless device, you have told us nothing at all........ no make / model of system. Even if it's a laptop or a desktop.......Why is this?

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C network; lsb_release -a; uname -a; dmesg | grep -i firm; sudo dmidecode -t 1; sudo rfkill list
