10.04 wireless not working bmc4318

Just wondering if someone has successfully installed this driver with no internet connection. Because I don't have one only wireless available. If so please help. I do have the b43.zip folder containing the drivers from my last install of this but can't remember how to get them on exactly.

On a side note once I do get this working i've been told before to try either kubuntu or lubuntu since my laptop is so old(aspire 5000) which would you suggest. I use the laptop to watch movies, stream and downloading.
