My wiress card Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6205 does not work under Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.
My laptop make is Acer Aspire 5750-6872 . It seems is proper driver is not loaded for the same. Searching around the net suggest that iwlwifi driver should work for this wireless Device. Also this driver is present in my kernel but I guess it is not loading by default . Please help . I love ubuntu but no use without wireless card working.

iwlagn was recently merged with iwlwifi. My suggestion is to install wireless backports package (search synaptic for it), since the adapter is listed as supported in ubuntu >= 10.10: http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/catalog/component/pci:0085:8086-NETWORK
