Router slows down internet speed while on wifi ubuntu

Hi,
My Internet speed is incredibly slow while on ubuntu 11.10. I foudn out that this is only while connected to my Wlan and while on ubuntu, at my friends house with my ubuntu laptop i got normal speed - also at my home on windows 7 i got normal speed.

What could i do? Tell me whch output u need!

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C network; lsb_release -a; uname -a; sudo rfkill list
