I want connect two pc only cross wire??

i tried.. but it was not giving me shering optin.. i want ssh connection and remote desktop only....
please help me...

Set the network on your two Computer A and B in this way

A) 192.168.1.10 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.20

B) 192.168.1.20 netmask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.10

Install openssh-server on computer B and start service then from pc A connect to B with

ssh user_defined_on_pcb@192.168.1.20
