upgraded ubuntu does not establish reliance netconnect connection

I have upgraded ubantu11.10 from ubantu11.4. Now I cannot establish reliance netconnect brodband+ connection with my USB modem. what to do? Please solve my problem as fast as possible.
wi-fi connects automaticaly.wired connection also connect automaticaly. USB modem connection tries to connect but no connection established. This connection works in windows easily.

I am new user for UBUNTU.

my system did not detect the "RELIANCE" Wireless Netconnect.

How to connect internet ?? Please explain step by step.
