Context is helpful. (Continuing that thread/question instead of starting a new one would be even more helpful).

I suggest you read Michael's last posts

Use b43 firmware. This is just for the b43legacy driver.
 Aborting.
 dpkg: error processing firmware-b43legacy-installer (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
 Errors were encountered while processing:
  firmware-b43legacy-installer
 E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

This also triggered a bug report!
Now the wireless is not even grayed out!
 It's gone!!

UBUNTU 11.04 is JUNK and you can't tell me otherwise!!
I'm currently connected with wireless running FEDORA 15!!!
Now tell me again how great UBUNTU is... NOT!!!!
All I had to do with FEDORA was install click on network click turn on wireless!
 CONNECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
