Try removing network manager and install wicd, it is DE independant so should work between. As far as I am aware the network manager stuff gets stored in gconof which may be the issue. If you use 3G then stick with network manager.

sorry actionparsnip, the method you suggested me is not working and with the wicd also the same problem occuring. But the network-manager has been worked successfully in all the desktops previously. After reinstalling of my ubuntu the problem comes.
If you have some alternative please suggest me in order to rectify my problem.

Now the problem is existing with unity desktop, and in unity desktop also the wireless network switching on and off at every 30 sec(approximately). For that i was took some system log for approximately 5 minutes and the same will be pasting in paste.ubuntu.com and i am providing the link for the log here.

anyway my problem has been solved just by reinstalling the broadcom wireless driver and the wireless network is working fine in all the desktops installed on my ubuntu system.
