I'm not sure what you want, but if one of the things is your IP address, point your browser to:
http://whatismyipaddress.com/

The numbers that come up give information in the form of 122.71.134.12 along with other information for that address.

If instead you wanted information on DNS, (the Domain Name Server addresses) point your browser to:
http://www.whatsmydns.net

Once there put the domain name you want to check in the box, select NS from the pull-down selection and click Search. That should give you the information you need on DNS. (Obviously, choose the ones closest.)
