Wireless Help

Please Help I am desperate! I have had no internet for like 12 days...I have a DELL inspiron 1505. I had Ubuntu 10.10 and the wifi worked just fine after I installed the drivers. Then I upgraded to 11.04 and now my wifi won't work for anything...I have tried so many things. It says that a Proprietary Driver is in use. I need this to be fixed by Monday. Please help me!

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C network; rfkill list; uname -a; lsb_release -a

I need internet access to do this correct? My ethernet cable wont even connect ..Any ideas??

Sorry to bother but i dont know how to use the live CD to do it... Do i just put it in then open it up??? I do that and there are many folders that are available to click on?
