I need help to remove existing wireless drivers and install ndiswrapper drivers

I have been asking for help ab. 3 times regarding wireless drivers, but never been able to finish the job.
I need to find out what the name of the wireless driver is, how to remove it and finally how to install the ndiswrapper drivers.
The drivers which are installed are exstremely slow and only working periodically.
