Ok:

Radio disabled by HW RF Kill switch

Is a huge give away, do you have a little switch on the system to turn the wifi off and on? Make sure the wireless is enabled then reboot

Yes, there is an f-key to turn it on/off.

You can see it from the following:

root@charlie-F6E:~# rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
 Soft blocked: no
 Hard blocked: no
3: phy2: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes ---> (it's off)
 Hard blocked: no

root@charlie-F6E:~# rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
 Soft blocked: yes
 Hard blocked: no
3: phy2: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no ---> (it's on)
 Hard blocked: no

Can you help with this problem?
