Wireless Issues

i have a linksys usb wireless adapter. Ubuntu recognizes it as my antenna , i'm able to connect to my router , but i have no internet access ? what's going on ?

Could you right click on the network icon, then "connection information" and tell us what u get ?

everything is appearing but the connection speed is unknown . . . is there anyway to fix this ? i've been troubleshooting for 8 days.

I do'nt know for the driver, we need more info on this adapter.

Could you type "lsusb" in a terminal and copy the output here please ?
