How to make my wireless work on Ubuntu?

Asked by Jacob Bryan

My Wireless works on my Windows 7 operator, but I run Ubuntu via USB because I need Windows for school. How do I get the Wireless then to work on my Ubuntu OS? I can get to the wireless icon at the top but after that I'm lost at what to do.
