Asked by Vargoal

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 beta and my computer has a wireless card installed. It works when i boot windows but when i try to install drivers in Ubuntu it gives me this error message: "Sorry, installation of this driver failed.

Please have a look at the log file for details: /var/log/jockey.log"
What do I do?

What windows does or doesnt do is of no value.

Can you give the output of:

sudo lshw -C network

Remember maverick is riddled with bugs and feature holes so if you want an OS that works I suggest you install Lucid.
